Physical Therapy

For those with pain or injury.

If pain has persisted for longer than 2 weeks with no change, don't wait to give us a call. The sooner we get started, the easier it is to solve the problem, and the faster you get better.

Includes initial evaluation and treatments that typically consists of manual therapy (soft tissue work, stretching, cupping, scraping, dry needling), education, and EXERCISE!

Performance Training

For those who have big goals.

You want to learn a new movement or specific guidance on how to stay injury free while you train for your competition, marathon, HYROX, specific sport, or other fitness endeavors.

Can do 30 min or 60 min sessions depending on your needs. Start with an evaluation and your doctor will help curate the best plan to reach your goals and feel your best by comp day/race day.

Prescribed Programming

For those who follow a plan on their own.

You want to be told exactly what to do, have some accountability, and like the convenience of working out in your own gym or home, on your own schedule.

Warm-ups, accessories, workouts, or drills specifically designed for you by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. 1-3 days/week of programming depending on your schedule, training, and goals.
