Creating a New Norm

Traditional healthcare is reactive, meaning, “let’s wait until this athlete is injured and then we will help.” In this model we train in the dark, unaware if our bodies are moving well or not, and of any pre-existing joint/muscle limitations that could impact us in the future. When we feel pain or discomfort we don’t want to stop and rest, and let’s be honest, we probably won’t until it’s bad enough… We are told to stop doing what we love and work out in a different way, injections will help, or even that we need surgery. All are bad options.

At Rise we take a proactive approach. We want to show you how to take care of your body NOW, so that you can be in control. Train with intention and understanding of how your body moves, and feel confident that you will feel good and strong during your workouts. We believe that if we act now, “we can transform into better, fitter versions of ourselves, free from physical limitations, and live more fulfilled lives.”
