We created Rise Rehab & Performance because we believe that traditional physical therapy needs a makeover. Unfortunately, our current healthcare system does not help you optimize your health. In the case of pain and injury people can feel lost and confused trying to rehab themselves or getting passed to different providers. We guide you out of pain and back to doing what you love. Picture walking into your appointment and skipping the waiting room. Your doctor is ready, and you start with a conversation getting any questions answered before beginning.
You have the doctor’s full attention throughout each session as they never book anyone else during your time slot. You have some body work done, it doesn’t feel rushed, and afterwards you are already moving better and in less pain.
Imagine a scenario where you are NEVER passed off to someone else but remain with your doctor who supervises your exercises from start to finish. They make sure the correct muscles are being used and make tweaks to your program to keep you on track towards your goals.

You have reached your last few sessions and begin to wonder if you are ready to snatch heavy, go for a longer run, or do those kipping pullups again. Instead of finishing PT questioning how this will go, picture doing these things with your doctor first. You get to try adding more weight to the bar or doing gymnastics movements in your PT session to make sure you are successful without pain.
You receive guidance for modifying your workouts as you return and learn how to safely progress them back to 100%. When you finish your last day of PT, leave feeling confident that you can do everything you want to and more.

Our clients want to stay fit and strong into their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and beyond. The secret is to train smarter. It’s not sustainable to go 100% everyday in workouts that leave you laying on the ground, gasping for air, and questioning your life’s decisions. These workouts are fun at times, but pushing yourself to the limit over and over can lead to burnout or injury. Learn ways to tweak workouts to fit YOUR individual needs so that you get stronger without feeling crushed.
